PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This Three Hour Workshop will include information about diabetes management including insulin management.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
After taking part in this educational activity, participants should be better able to:
- Outline the pathophysiology of type 2 diabetes and identify the diagnosis criteria
- Describe initial management strategies for those diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, including meal planning, glucose monitoring, and exercise
- Define the principles of pharmacotherapeutic management, including measures to prevent and treat hypoglycemia
Minimum Requirement : 10 participant
Fees: 3,000 rupees for one day workshop. Including breakfast, Tea with snacks, Lunch and High tea with snacks.
